Due to the dynamic nature of the internet and the trading card industry the following conditions will apply to ensure both yourself and Trading Card Heroes success in the transaction and also to ensure confidence that you have selected the most appropriate business for your needs.

Orders are subject to cancellation if suspected of breaching conditions of a third party business.

Orders can be returned upon approval and within 14 days of despatch for a full refund Excluding any costs (postage or transaction fees etc)

Special Orders will have a cancellation fee of 10% and only by approval.

All items will be replaced at no charge if the damage was prior to or during delivery.
